Do I require a licence to place an order?

Yes. So that we meet our legal responsibility, we must hold on file a valid, in-date licence for each of our customers. If the licence we hold for you expires, you will not be able to place an order, so make sure yours is up to date!

How can I pay?

We take all major credit and debit cards, so it’s just like shopping at any other online retailer. Can I order something that’s showing as ‘out of stock’? We can’t guarantee if or when an out-of-stock item will return, but you’re welcome to place an order if you’re happy to wait. We’ll give you an update as soon as we know more.

Is there a minimum order size?

So that we can operate as efficiently as possible, and keep prices as competitive as we can, we only sell complete boxes of cartridges. That means the minimum order is 250 cartridges, the quantity you’ll find in a single box. Why do I have to buy in quantities of 250, 500 and 1000? Our suppliers pack boxes of 250, so simply put, orders must be in multiples of this.

How long does delivery take?

We work closely with our shipping partners to get you next day delivery where possible. You should usually allow up to 2 days for delivery, just to be safe!

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery starts at just £15.00 per order.

Can I return an order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept any returns in cases where we are not directly at fault. However, if you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please do get in touch - we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.
